On which legitimate bases do we process your personal data?

Who are the recipients of the data?
BRUDY TECHNOLOGY, S.L. only communicates its data to its subsidiary company, BRUDY LAB, S.L. if and as far as necessary to fulfil some of the proposed purposes.
Apart from the mentioned case, BRUDY TECHNOLOGY, S.L. will not communicate its data to third parties, unless for the fulfilment of a legal obligation or if necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship maintained with the USER.
For instance, BRUDY TECHNOLOGY, S.L. may hand your personal data to service providers acting on behalf of BRUDY TECHNOLOGY, S.L. to manage the data processing described in the “Privacy Policy” in accordance with current regulations on data protection.
